Hey there! Are you ready for an amazing opportunity with ANNE HAIMES INTERIORS LTD? We're on the hunt for a superstar Project Administrator to join our fabulous team in Henley-on-Thames!



What's the Scoop?


We're a luxury interior design practice that creates jaw-dropping spaces for high-end residential projects. Think Georgian townhouses, country retreats, and swanky riverside apartments. It's all about making our clients' design dreams come true!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • 🖥️ Mastering Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign

  • 📊 Keeping projects on track with budgets and schedules

  • 🛋️ Ordering fancy furniture and coordinating deliveries

  • 🤝 Building relationships with suppliers and clients

  • 📝 Handling paperwork like a pro



What We're Looking For:



  • At least 2 years of admin experience

  • A passion for interior design (though this isn't a design role)

  • Someone who can stay cool under pressure

  • A team player who's organized and motivated
