Job Description

Join the BNY Team as an Associate in Middle Office Operations! 🏦💼



Hey there! We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Middle Office Operations team in Pune, India. This is a hybrid role, so you'll get the best of both worlds - office vibes and work-from-home flexibility!



What You'll Do:



  • Process and analyze financial transactions

  • Conduct research on non-complex inquiries

  • Handle reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain trade data and participate in portfolio valuation

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders



What We're Looking For:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred

  • Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
