Job Description

Hey there! 👋 Looking for an exciting role in the music industry?



SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT is on the hunt for an awesome Office Manager to join our team in Sydney! 🎵



What's the gig about?


You'll be the superstar keeping our office running smoothly, welcoming guests (including our amazing artists!), and supporting our team with your killer organizational skills. Plus, you'll play a key role in our upcoming office move to a cool new spot in Darlinghurst!



Here's what you'll be doing:



  • Managing our reception and being the friendly face greeting visitors

  • Keeping the office stocked and running like a well-oiled machine

  • Supporting our execs with admin tasks and travel arrangements

  • Helping with our office relocation (exciting times ahead!)

  • Coordinating health and safety stuff

  • Assisting with HR tasks and employee engagement

  • Handling some financial processes

  • And more!



What we're looking for:



  • A degree in Business or related field (or working towards one)

  • Experience in office management or admin support

  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other work tools

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
