Hey there! Are you a student at TUD or DIFE taking part in the AWS Data Center Operations course? Well, we've got an exciting opportunity for you at AMAZON WEB SERVICES (AWS)! 🌟

What's the gig?

We're looking for interns to join our Data Center Operations team for a 14-week adventure. You'll get to work alongside experienced Amazon Data Technicians and dive into the world of hardware and network troubleshooting.

What you'll be doing:

• Helping with hardware troubleshooting on non-live servers (under supervision, of course!)


• Learning the ropes of meeting SLAs for trouble tickets


• Shadowing AWS Data Techs during network troubleshooting


• Replacing SSDs and HDDs (with guidance)


• Performing server hardware repairs (like fixing drives and motherboards)


• Chatting with vendors and contractors on-site

What we're looking for:

Someone who can work independently and as part of a team. You should be great at prioritizing tasks, staying organized, communicating effectively, and thinking on your feet!
