Your Role

As a Content Creator at Leo Burnett, you’ll be the mastermind behind our social content. You’ll turn creative strategies into engaging social moments, working closely with different departments to ensure our content hits the mark. From organic posts to paid campaigns, you’ll create content that captures attention and drives action.

What You’ll Do

• Create: Plan, shoot, and edit content for platforms like TikTok and Reels.


• Collaborate: Work with our creative teams to adapt big ideas into social-first content.


• Optimize: Use insights and analytics to make our content even better.


• Capture: Get behind the camera during shoots and handle design requests on the fly.

What You’ll Need

• Skills: Proficient in self-shooting and video editing.


• Design: Strong understanding of design principles and typography.


• Software: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, and Photoshop.


• Experience: Proven experience in a social or content role, preferably in an agency or brand setting.


• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and trends.


• Branding: Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual identity.


• Data-Driven: Experience using analytics to inform content strategy.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Cinema 4D Skills: Ability to work with Cinema 4D or similar software.


• Camera Knowledge: Understanding of digital cinema cameras and basic lighting setups.
