What you'll be doing:

• Helping teachers deliver engaging learning programs


• Supporting students one-on-one and in small groups


• Assisting with literacy and numeracy programs


• Contributing to Individual Education Plans


• Preparing resources and helping with administrative tasks


• Supporting engagement programs, camps, and electives

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years experience working with youth in education settings


• WA Working with Children Card (essential)


• Current driver's license and willingness to drive a bus


• Knowledge of educational disengagement and youth barriers


• Ability to be a positive role model


• Great teamwork and communication skills
