What's the gig about?




  • You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through the initial steps of adopting our HR software.

  • You'll chat with companies (up to 2000 employees) about digitalizing their HR processes.

  • We'll help you grow into a SaaS sales expert through our sales talent factory and expert mentorship.



What you'll be doing:




  • Crafting outbound lead generation strategies

  • Researching and reaching out to potential customers

  • Understanding customer needs and offering initial solutions

  • Building relationships with decision-makers

  • Collaborating with experienced Account Executives

  • Owning the early stages of the sales process



What we're looking for:




  • Some experience in customer interaction (B2B preferred)

  • Passion for software products

  • Great listening and communication skills

  • A positive, energetic, and creative approach

  • Excellent presentation skills in English
