Wir suchen einen engagierten Telefonie-Administrator und Prozessmanager, der unser Team im 100% Home-Office verstärkt. Hier ist, was dich erwartet:




  • Spannende Aufgaben: Du treibst digitale Projekte voran und gestaltest die digitale Evolution mit.

  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Ländern.

  • Eigenverantwortung: Du kooperierst eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und implementierst Lösungen.

  • Fokus auf Kundenservice: Dein Ziel ist es, die Kundenservicefähigkeit stetig zu optimieren und zu automatisieren.



Deine Hauptaufgaben:




  • Verantwortung für die Genesys Telefonanlage in vier Ländern

  • Verbesserung der Telefonanlage und anderer Contact Center Anwendungen

  • Anpassung und Erstellung von Anruf-Routing-Flows

  • Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Transformation der Telefonie und Conversational AI
