Hey there, future Traffic Dispatch Superstar! 🚚



Are you ready to join the awesome team at BIFFA and help us revolutionize waste management? We're looking for a Traffic Dispatch Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly for the next 12 months!



What's the gig about?


You'll be the maestro of our depot, orchestrating our fleet of vehicles and making sure our customers get top-notch service. It's all about keeping things efficient, safe, and eco-friendly. 🌿



Your day-to-day adventures will include:



  • Managing our awesome operational staff

  • Planning the most efficient routes for our vehicles

  • Making sure we've got enough drivers on deck (and keeping them happy!)

  • Crunching some numbers and doing a bit of admin work

  • Keeping our vehicles in tip-top shape

  • Helping out with training and safety talks



What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:



  • A whiz with local geography

  • Experience in services or logistics

  • Tech-savvy skills (especially with Microsoft Office)

  • A knack for planning and prioritizing
