Hey there! We're looking for a friendly and experienced Sales & Hire Controller to join our awesome team in Liverpool. If you love dealing with customers and have a knack for organizing equipment rentals and sales, this might be the perfect gig for you!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Being the go-to person for client inquiries about our cool lifting equipment 📞

  • Coordinating with our ops team to make sure we've got the right gear available

  • Crafting quotes, chasing them up, and making sure orders are processed smoothly

  • Keeping our clients happy by solving any issues that pop up

  • Building awesome relationships with new and existing customers



What We're Looking For:



  • Industry experience in a similar role

  • Microsoft Office wizard 💻

  • Customer service superstar

  • Great organizational and time management skills

  • A real team player who can also work independently
