Job Description

Join the CHANGE GROW LIVE Team as a Recovery Coordinator! 🌟



Hey there! We're looking for a passionate Recovery Coordinator to join our awesome team at CHANGE GROW LIVE. We're all about making a real difference in people's lives, and we need someone like you to help us do it!



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Supporting service users on their journey to recovery 🌈

  • Assessing and planning treatment for individuals

  • Reducing harm related to drug and alcohol use

  • Advocating for our service users and promoting community involvement

  • Running group sessions and workshops



What We're Looking For:



  • Strong understanding of substance misuse issues

  • Experience working with groups and managing dynamics

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proactive attitude and great time management

  • Knowledge of mental health interventions
