What's the job all about?



  • You'll be part of the IM Finance team, working with the Chief Civil Engineers Department

  • Your main focus? Managing financial control for the Building & Facilities and Mechanical & Electrical business units

  • You'll be handling budgets, financial planning, forecasts, and reports

  • Plus, you'll get to dive into capital projects analysis



What we're looking for:



  • A professional accounting qualification with 7+ years of experience

  • SAP and Microsoft Office wizardry (especially Excel!)

  • A knack for creating top-notch financial reports

  • Leadership skills and project ownership

  • Problem-solving and change management expertise
