Job Description

Hey there! 👋 Looking for an exciting opportunity at GOLDSMITHS UNIVERSITY?



We're on the hunt for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance Department for a 6-month adventure! 🚀



What you'll be doing:



  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox like a pro

  • Processing electronic invoices through Business World

  • Playing detective and solving invoice-related mysteries

  • Preparing payment runs and foreign payments

  • Keeping our suppliers happy by reconciling their statements

  • Being the go-to person for supplier and internal department queries
