Job Description

Join Our Finance Team at WORLDBAKE LTD! 💼



We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Finance Team Leader to join our team in Kettering! 🌟



What You'll Do:



  • Take charge of our day-to-day financial processes

  • Work with different teams to provide accurate financial info

  • Help with budgeting and financial planning

  • Make sure we're following all the rules and regulations

  • Keep an eye on our cash flow



Your Main Responsibilities:



  • Financial Reporting and Accounting: Keep our books in tip-top shape!

  • Cash Flow and Budget Management: Make sure we always have enough money to keep things running smoothly

  • Personnel Management: Lead our finance team and help them grow

  • Compliance: Keep us on the right side of the law

  • Process Improvement: Find ways to make our financial operations even better

  • Business Support: Help the big bosses make smart financial decisions



What We're Looking For:



  • Someone who loves details and accuracy

  • A problem-solver with great communication skills

  • A team player who can lead and inspire others

  • Someone with accounting experience (3+ years would be great!)

  • Knowledge of UK accounting principles and financial regulations
