What You'll Be Doing:



  • 📝 Providing top-notch secretarial support

  • 📞 Taking calls from patients, GPs, and other services

  • 🗂️ Keeping records accurate and up-to-date

  • 💼 Contributing to team meetings and taking minutes

  • 🤝 Ensuring patients have the best experience possible



What We're Looking For:



  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with audio-typing

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
