Hey there! We're looking for a super cool Recruitment Administration Assistant to join our team at NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST. 🏥



What You'll Be Doing:



  • 🖥️ Using our fancy applicant tracking system (TRAC)

  • 📞 Chatting with candidates and managers

  • ✉️ Answering emails and phone calls

  • 🆔 Doing ID checks for successful candidates



What We're Looking For:



  • Awesome customer service skills

  • Confidence in talking on the phone

  • Good with computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Attention to detail for data entry
