Job Description

Hey there! Are you passionate about supporting whānau and have experience in a clinical environment? We've got an exciting opportunity for you! 😊



What You'll Do:



  • Provide integrated support services across Tāmaki Makaurau

  • Identify pathways for whānau to thrive

  • Work closely with healthcare professionals

  • Manage clinical referrals

  • Navigate healthcare systems

  • Empower Māori to achieve better health outcomes



What We're Looking For:



  • Commitment to Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori

  • Experience supporting whānau in the community

  • Clinical setting experience (preferred)

  • Relevant qualification in health, social science, or humanities

  • Strong interpersonal and admin skills

  • Full NZ Drivers License (essential)
