Job Description

Hey there! 👋 Looking for an exciting administrative role?



The NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT is searching for a Team Administrator to join their Deputy Chief Executive-Policy Group. This 12-month fixed-term position is perfect for someone with great communication skills and an eye for detail!



What you'll be doing:



  • Financial administration

  • Information and database management

  • Correspondence and diary management

  • Meeting, event, and travel coordination



What we're looking for:



  • Strong customer focus

  • Excellent planning and organization skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite



Bonus points if you have an understanding of tikanga (Māori customs and protocols) or are willing to learn! 🌿
