Hey there! We're looking for a friendly and organized Ward Clerk to join our awesome team at Te Awakura, Hillmorton Hospital. If you're great with people and love keeping things running smoothly, this might be the perfect gig for you! 😊



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Greeting visitors with a smile

  • Answering phones like a pro

  • Keeping patient files in tip-top shape

  • Entering info into our patient management system

  • General clerical tasks to keep our ward running like clockwork



What We're Looking For:



  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Great communication skills

  • A compassionate and patient nature



This is a part-time permanent position, working 32 hours per week (Friday to Monday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). Experience in the mental health sector is a plus, but not required.
