Hey there! 👋 We're looking for an awesome Administrative Coordinator to join our fantastic team at the University of Otago Wellington campus. We're all about teaching medicine, radiation therapy, physiotherapy, and more, while also doing some pretty cool health research. 🔬🩺



What You'll Be Doing:



  • 🗂️ Providing top-notch admin support

  • 📅 Coordinating student rosters and timetables

  • 📊 Managing databases and creating reports

  • 📝 Coordinating student assessments



What We're Looking For:



  • 💼 Experience in a busy admin role

  • 😊 A passion for customer service

  • 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • 🤝 Excellent communication and teamwork skills
