Are you ready to join the awesome team at TE WHĀNAU O WAIPAREIRA and make a real difference in West Auckland? We're looking for a rockstar administrator to keep our Wai-Atamai social innovation arm running smoothly! 🚀



What's the gig about?



You'll be the administrative wizard supporting our Programme Manager, Relationship Manager, and Programme Director. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:




  • Keeping things organized: Managing calendars, prepping docs, and coordinating meetings like a boss

  • Reporting magic: Helping put together reports that showcase our awesome work

  • Event planning extraordinaire: Making sure our meetings and workshops go off without a hitch



What we're looking for:




  • A super-organized person with 4+ years of admin experience

  • Microsoft Office and project management tool ninja

  • Someone who knows their way around Te Reo Māori & Tikanga Māori

  • A communication superstar who can build great relationships
