Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Executive Assistant to join our fantastic team at the FRASER ACADEMY CENTRE FOR DYSLEXIA in Vancouver. 🏫 If you're passionate about making a difference in education and want to be part of something truly special, keep reading! 😊



What's the gig all about? 🤔



As our new Executive Assistant, you'll be the right-hand person to our CEO, helping to keep everything running smoothly. You'll also be our office manager and provide support to other big shots like the Chief Advancement Officer and Chief Finance & Administrative Officer. It's a role with lots of variety and responsibility!



Your main duties will include:




  • 🗓️ Managing the CEO's schedule like a pro

  • 📧 Handling emails and communications

  • 🤝 Liaising with important people inside and outside the organization

  • 📋 Supporting the Board and committees

  • 🎉 Planning and organizing events

  • 🏢 Running the office like a well-oiled machine

  • 💰 Helping out with fundraising efforts



What we're looking for:



We need someone who's super organized, has excellent communication skills, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. You should be comfortable with computers and have experience supporting executives and working with boards. Most importantly, we want someone who's passionate about our mission and ready to make a difference! 💪
