What's the gig?

You'll be the go-to person in our production office, keeping things running smoothly during prep and production. It's a fast-paced role where you'll be coordinating schedules, managing crew, and handling all sorts of paperwork. Think of yourself as the glue that holds everything together! 📅👥📝

What you'll be doing:

• Creating prep schedules and keeping everyone on track 🏃‍♀️


• Being the main point of contact for emails and queries 📧


• Supporting the casting process and crew hiring 🎭


• Coordinating script revisions and paperwork 📚


• Ordering catering (yum!) and managing COVID protocols (if needed) 🍽️😷

What we're looking for:

• Great communication skills - both written and verbal


• Super organized with an eye for detail


• Team player who can juggle multiple tasks


• Proficiency in various software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, etc.)


• Some on-set experience is a plus!
