What We're Looking For:



  • SQL wizardry (2-4 years of experience)

  • A business-savvy mind that can turn boring data into exciting outcomes

  • Problem-solving skills that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous

  • The ability to explain complex stuff in simple terms (no rocket science, please!)



Bonus Points If You Have:



  • Experience in commercial lending or business banking

  • Skills in Python, R, or SAS (the more, the merrier!)

  • A knack for data visualization (make those numbers pretty!)
