What you'll be doing:

  • 📅 Scheduling appointments and tests

  • 👥 Greeting and screening patients

  • 📊 Data entry and correspondence

  • 📦 Ordering supplies



What we're looking for:



  • Education: 1 year of Community College (Medical Terminology course preferred)

  • Experience: 1 year in healthcare admin (preferred)

  • ⌨️ Typing speed of 40 WPM

  • 💻 Proficiency in MS Office

  • 😊 Excellent customer service skills

  • 🤹 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
