ONE TEAM HEALTH, INC. is on the lookout for an Overnight Care Coordinator to join their awesome Health Services team! 🌙💼

What's the gig about? 🤔

You'll be the superhero of the night shift (8pm-8am), coordinating urgent medical care services and helping global members access the care they need. It's like being a healthcare DJ, but instead of spinning tracks, you're spinning solutions! 🎧🏥

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Answer calls, emails, and faxes like a pro 📞✉️


• Coordinate air ambulance transfers (how cool is that?!) ✈️🚑


• Provide top-notch customer service with a dash of empathy 🤗


• Keep detailed notes and handle data like a boss 📊


• Problem-solve on the fly and make smart decisions 🧠💡

What you'll need in your toolkit:

• 3+ years in customer service or case coordination


• Healthcare or insurance knowledge (big plus!)


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Cool under pressure and able to work independently


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learner for new systems
