You'll be the go-to person for all things labor relations! 💼 You'll get to:



  • Play a key role in collective bargaining 🤝

  • Manage those tricky collective agreements 📝

  • Help create a positive work environment 😊

  • Provide expert advice on grievances and arbitrations 🧠



What we're looking for:



  • Education: University degree (Masters in Industrial Relations preferred) 🎓

  • Experience: 7+ years in Labor Relations (higher education experience is a plus!) 💪

  • Skills: Negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills 🗣️
