What You'll Do:

• 🤝 Help coordinate our Firm Member Resource Groups


• 📊 Track completion of D&I training


• 🗓️ Maintain our D&I event calendar


• 🎉 Assist with awesome D&I events and initiatives


• 📈 Help with surveys and reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role (law firm experience is a plus!)


• Post-secondary education in social studies, diversity, or related fields


• Tech-savvy with MS Office and other digital tools


• A detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills
