What You'll Be Doing:

• 📝 Crafting offer letters that make candidates say 'yes!'


• 🎉 Welcoming new hires and making their first day awesome


• 🤝 Building relationships with recruiters, managers, and candidates


• 🚀 Helping with cool recruiting projects

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of HR experience (you've got this!)


• A keen eye for detail and a 'let's do this' attitude


• Tech-savvy skills (bonus points for Oracle HCM knowledge)


• A friendly, proactive personality that'll fit right in
