Hey there! We're looking for a Claims Advisor to join our awesome Home Warranty Insurance Claims department. 🌟 This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people and wants to be part of a dynamic team.



What You'll Be Doing:



  • 📋 Managing claims from homeowners

  • 🕵️‍♀️ Investigating and assessing construction defects

  • 💼 Working with developers, builders, and homeowners

  • 📊 Maintaining accurate claim records

  • 🤝 Providing top-notch customer service



What We're Looking For:



  • 2+ years in customer service

  • Insurance industry experience (especially in surety/warranty claims) is a plus!

  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

  • Excellent communication skills
