What You'll Be Doing:



  • 🎭 Empathizing with customers who've had car troubles

  • 📞 Taking statements and opening new claims

  • 🧠 Becoming an expert on our policies and products

  • 🚀 Resolving issues quickly and efficiently

  • 📝 Documenting everything clearly



What We're Looking For:



  • 🤝 A genuine passion for helping people

  • �puzzle️ Strong problem-solving skills

  • ⏱️ Ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • 🗣️ Excellent communication skills



The first 6 months will be full-time in-office for training, but after that, we offer a sweet hybrid work model! 🏠🏢
