  • Be the first point of contact for our disability case management function 📞

  • Manage multiple benefit programs like short-term disability, long-term disability, and workers' compensation 📊

  • Collaborate with employees, team leaders, service providers, and union representatives 🤝

  • Ensure services are delivered cost-effectively and in compliance with policies and regulations 📋

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and implement continuous improvements 📚



What We're Looking For:



  • Post-secondary degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience 🎓

  • 1-3 years of relevant functional experience 💼

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 💻

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills 🗣️
