What we're looking for in you:

• Experience: Some hotel customer service know-how


• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with computers and preferably Opera Cloud


• Cool under pressure: Ability to multitask and problem-solve on the fly


• Communication skills: Both verbal and smiley 😁


• Flexibility: Ready to rock a rotating roster, including overnight shifts


• Work rights: Valid Australian working rights
