Hey there! We're looking for an awesome Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Specialist to join our crew. 🧠❤️



What You'll Be Doing:



  • 🚀 Deploying to emergency relief operations

  • 🔍 Conducting assessments and developing support plans

  • 🤝 Facilitating mental health activities and support groups

  • 🛡️ Establishing safe environments and implementing protection protocols

  • 🎓 Providing training and expertise to our team

  • 🌐 Collaborating with partners for seamless support

  • 📚 Contributing to resource development

  • 🏆 Supporting readiness activities and participating in our community of practice



What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or related field

  • Advanced knowledge in mental health and psychosocial support

  • Strong assessment and crisis management skills

  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders

  • Fluency in English (French is a plus!)

  • Ability to work in stressful conditions and be on-call
