Your day-to-day adventures:



  • 📞 Making calls to patients and providers

  • 📚 Providing education and resources

  • 🏥 Monitoring hospitalizations



What we're looking for:



  • 2+ years of related experience or education

  • BLS or CPR Certification

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A passion for helping others
