What's the gig all about? 🤔

• You'll be the project management guru for our Audit technical learning events 📊


• Handling everything from planning to execution for both in-person and virtual sessions 💻


• Managing registrations, communications, and all the nitty-gritty details 📝


• Working with our Manager of Learning Operations to make sure we're hitting all our goals 🎯

Your typical day might look like this:

• Juggling multiple events and deadlines like a pro 🤹‍♀️


• Sourcing venues, managing vendors, and making sure everything runs smoothly 🏢


• Keeping our database up-to-date with all the latest info on our Audit Learning pros 💼


• Answering questions and solving problems like a superhero 🦸‍♂️

What we're looking for:

• Event or project management experience (but if you're a quick learner, we're still interested!) 🌟


• Someone who can multitask and stay cool under pressure 😎


• A degree or diploma (because education rocks!) 🎓


• Mad skills in MS Office (especially Excel - we love spreadsheets!) 💻


• A friendly, proactive attitude and awesome communication skills 🗣️
