What's the scoop? 🍦



  • 12-month contract (with a good chance to extend)

  • Work on enhancing a critical ServiceNow experience

  • Make workflows intuitive, accurate, and efficient



Your mission (should you choose to accept it) 🕵️‍♂️:



  • Lead end-to-end design - from research to high-fidelity UI

  • Transform wireframes into polished mockups (this is crucial!)

  • Facilitate workshops and play nice with others 🤝

  • Dig deep for insights and improve workflows

  • Keep designs consistent and accessible across systems



You'll fit right in if you have 🧩:



  • 6+ years in UX, service design, or product design

  • A Swiss Army knife of skills - research, design, delivery

  • Figma wizardry for UI design

  • Miro mastery (or similar) for workshops

  • Experience with workflow-heavy platforms (ServiceNow is a plus!)

  • People skills to charm stakeholders

  • The ability to turn wireframes into UI gold ✨
