What We're Looking For:

• Education: Master's degree in Industrial, Organizational, or Psychology


• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the last 10 years


• Skills: Communication, advisory, collaboration, analytical skills, innovation, and project management

Bonus Points: PhD in Psychology, experience with military or public safety organizations, and fluency in both English and French!
