- 💻 Digital Learning Guru: You'll be enhancing our LMS and creating engaging content that'll make learning a breeze.
- 🔧 Process Improver: Always looking for ways to make things better? Perfect! You'll be our go-to for improving our systems and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 📚 A degree in education, HR, psychology, or something related would be awesome (but not a deal-breaker!)
- 💪 Experience in delivering kick-ass training programs
- 🧠 A solid understanding of how adults learn best
- 👶 Experience in early childhood education? That's a big plus!
