Hey there, stats whiz! We're looking for a Principal Biostatistician to join our awesome team at Syneos Health. If you've got experience in early phase cardiovascular studies and love crunching numbers, this could be your dream job!



What you'll be doing:



  • Leading statistical aspects of clinical trials from start to finish

  • Mentoring other biostatisticians and developing training materials

  • Creating Statistical Analysis Plans and collaborating with sponsors

  • Reviewing programming specs and ensuring high-quality data

  • Participating in Data Safety Monitoring Board activities



What we're looking for:



  • Must have experience in early phase cardiovascular studies within an industry setting

  • Graduate degree in biostatistics or related field

  • Proficiency in programming (SAS skills are a plus!)

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
