What you'll be doing:

• 🖋️ Creating killer content that showcases our services and value


• 🎨 Designing eye-catching proposals that stand out from the crowd


• 🔍 Ensuring everything is top-notch and 100% compliant


• 🤝 Collaborating with our amazing team to gather all the juicy details


• 📊 Keeping our proposal library fresh and up-to-date


• 🚀 Helping us win big and grow even bigger!

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of bid writing experience (construction, FM, or M&E sectors are a plus!)


• A way with words that would make Shakespeare jealous 😉


• Super organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines like a pro 🤹‍♀️


• Eagle-eyed attention to detail and proofreading skills


• A team player who can build great relationships at all levels


• Microsoft Office and bid management software skills
