What You'll Do:

  • 📦 Coordinate Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services roles

  • 🔧 Manage repair and service orders

  • 💍 Apply your product knowledge to build customer relationships



What We're Looking For:



  • 1-2 years of retail stock management experience (jewelry industry is a plus!)

  • Problem-solving skills that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous

  • Customer service skills that'll make our clients swoon

  • Excel wizardry and MIPS mastery

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
