We're on the hunt for a Program Officer to join our Operational Doctrine and Training (ODT) team. You'll be the mastermind behind developing and implementing top-notch training programs that keep our brave firefighters at the top of their game! 💪

What you'll be doing: 📋

• Designing cool, impactful training programs 🎓


• Collaborating with awesome people (both inside and outside CFA) 🤝


• Conducting research to stay ahead of the curve 🔍

What we're looking for: 🧐

• Education: Relevant degree or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment


• Skills: People skills, analytical thinking, writing wizardry


• Experience: Training development, policy writing, project management
