As an Email Marketing Assistant, you'll be a key player in helping the Email Marketing team deliver engaging, impactful campaigns that connect with supporters and help grow sustainable income for the charity. You'll work with teams across the organisation to support their email marketing needs while keeping everything compliant and following best practices using their email platform, Dotdigital.
📍 Job Details
- Company: Cats Protection
- Location: Homebased (Remote) with occasional travel for meetings
- Work Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Up to £28,454.94 per annum
- Contract: Fixed Term until 31st December 2026

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Email Marketing team and teams across the charity with their email campaign needs
- Helping to deliver engaging and informative email communications from start to finish — conception, delivery, and evaluation
- Maintaining and managing the ESP platform (Dotdigital)
- Making sure all email activity stays compliant with best practices
- Assisting with the organisation of projects, activities, and schedules
👥 About the Email Marketing Team
- Part of the Marketing & Income Generation directorate
- Responsible for all national and regional email marketing campaigns and journeys
- Currently made up of an Email Marketing Manager, 3 National Email Marketing Officers, and 1 Regional Email Marketing Officer
✅ What They're Looking For
- 💼 Experience in an email marketing role or similar
- Experience assisting with the organisation of projects or schedules
- Up-to-date knowledge of email and digital marketing trends
- Experience working with a database
- Competent IT literacy including Office applications
- Experience using Dotdigital (a big plus!)
