📋 About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll get hands-on experience across a wide range of accounting functions. Here's what you'll be getting up to:
- 💰 Managing accounts payable invoices and payments
- Processing employee expenses through Pleo
- Monitoring the group cash position
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Month-end accounting and updating quarter-end working papers
- Posting journals for fixed assets, depreciation, prepayments, and accruals
- Handling VAT returns and recharges
- Processing monthly payroll
- Reconciling intercompany balances
- Assisting with the year-end audit process
✅ What You'll Need
- Ideally AAT qualified or part-qualified in CIMA/ACCA
- A genuine desire to pursue CIMA or ACCA qualification
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills 🗣️
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with a team
