Hays is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Warrington for a friendly and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant. 📋 What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
  • Processing payments and managing cash allocations
  • Completing bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing invoices using Basware and SAP systems
  • Setting up new suppliers and maintaining accurate records 📂
  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes

✅ What They're Looking For

  • Experience in AP, AR, or a combined finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills 🗣️
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
