📋 Quick Summary
You'll be joining the Collections department, reporting to the Collections Manager, and working alongside experienced colleagues. Your role will involve customer contact, account management, and admin tasks — all while collaborating with teams across the business.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- 📞 Contacting customers via phone and email to discuss overdue balances
- Helping manage direct debit mandates and amendments
- Investigating payment issues and resolving account queries
- Working with other departments to sort out unresolved cases
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and digital tools
✅ What They're Looking For
- GCSE grade 4 or equivalent in Maths and English — this is a must!
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable having tough conversations with customers 💬
- Good with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Customer service experience is a bonus but not required
