This is a fully on-site role, so you'll need to be within commuting distance. 🏙️

📋 What's the Job About?

You'll be working as part of a dynamic team, helping customers with their queries while also ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations. It's a great mix of customer support and analytical work!

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions via chat, email, or phone
• Conduct KYC and AML compliance checks on new and existing customers
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions 📝

✅ What You'll Need

• 🗣️ Fluent in both Bulgarian and English (spoken and written)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays 📅
• Prior KYC experience is a bonus but not required!

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary of €30,000 – €33,000 per year
