📋 About the Role

You'll be working for a leading financial services software provider that delivers cutting-edge digital banking solutions worldwide. As part of their support team, you'll be helping customers and ensuring everything runs smoothly from a compliance perspective.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• 💬 Handling customer queries and complaints via chat, email, and phone
• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
• Troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed
• Conducting KYC and AML compliance checks on new and existing customers
• Delivering top-notch customer service in both Polish and English

✅ What They're Looking For

• Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written) 🗣️
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Prior KYC experience is a bonus but not required
• Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and holidays 📅
• A team player who can also work independently

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary of €30,000 – €33,000 per year
• Full-time, permanent position
