💼 What You'll Be Doing

• 💰 Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with leadership stakeholders
• Developing and managing a cash management strategy
• Handling sales tax strategy for Australia, UK, USA, and EU
• Overseeing global financial consolidation across multiple countries
• Managing investor financial reporting submissions
• Coordinating with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions
• 🏗️ Building a finance team from the ground up as the business grows

✅ What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA/CA registration is a must
• Minimum 5 years in a financial management role, ideally in a startup
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional financial operations
• Proficiency in Xero and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills 🎯
